Terms and Conditions

All items are guaranteed to be original and are NOT reproductions unless specifically noted as such. All items are in good or better condition as specified in each Item Description. Item Descriptions will note faults that materially affect the item, such as repaired tears, foxing, irregular staining, soiling, etc.

Tell us which item you would like reserved for you and how you would like it shipped and include your address and telephone number. We will reply as soon as possible advising you of the items availability and the actual shipping charges. (New York residents will also be charged NYS Sales Tax). The item will then be reserved for you until payment is received. We try to keep our website as up to date as possible, however all items are subject to prior sale.

You may safely give us your credit card information directly by telephone or over multiple emails. We will soon be adding a secure server to make your purchasing options that much easier.

•	PayPal: Use your Paypal account to make a Cash Transfer or Credit Card payment. We will notify you of our Paypal account name.

Postage

Pageant Book and Print e-Shop will only charge you the actual cost for postage.

•	Domestic: All orders will mailed USPS Priority for a flat fee of $5.00.
•	International: Most international orders will be shipped by air-mail for a flat fee of $15.00. Some international orders may require additional postage, purchaser will be notified in such circumstances.

Guarantees and Returns

Any item may be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason. A full refund will be made provided that the item is carefully packaged for return and received in the same condition as originally sent. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is not as described.

Please Note

•	Web images are not actual size - remember to check the dimensions given.
•	If you wish to see a 'close up' from any item, please email us, so that we can then send a detailed scan of the item.
•	Please note that coloring might not be exactly as shown. Color variations may occur between different computer monitors, the lighting conditions in which images are photographed or viewed and even the Windows color scheme used when viewing images.
